MPHA

Several new cab interiors and cab components have been provided for various aging multi-family MPHA buildings throughout Minneapolis, MN. Interior upgrades in many of these elevator cabs involved replacement of deteriorating wall panels with durable, wear resistant materials that can withstand heavy use: Patterned stainless steel provides added protection against dents, dings, fingerprints, and scuff marks while the binder angles protect the panel edges from chipping.

Additional updates included new lighting in the form of recessed light boxes installed in the cab ceiling (part of the cab shell). This style of fixture maximizes the usable cab height and helps accommodate frequent movement of tall furniture/objects inside the elevator cabs.
